14502772_1341096555924367_7768361606126930147_nAs someone whose life has been helped immeasurably by music, I have come to recognize the therapeutic potential it has and seek to share that potential with others. While music therapy goals and objectives vary widely according to client populations and needs, my primary mission as a music therapist is to help individuals reach their greatest health & wellbeing potential through participation in music activities. These music activities include instrumental and vocal improvising, songwriting, movement to music and receptive listening.
